What's new in this release?

We are improving our Dashboard Reporting offering to give you a more interactive and insightful reporting experience.

What’s changing?

When you open the Dashboard tab you will see a new report view. This page contains all the 12 previous Dashboard Reports, but in a new interactive view.

It offers a comprehensive Dashboard summary view of all your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), right at your fingertips.

Hover over individual chart elements to interact with your reports right from this Overview screen. To get a global picture of how your KPIs have changed over time, change the date filter at the top of the page - you will see all charts update.

No more need to open each individual report - it's all there in one convenient place.

Why this change?

We are always looking at ways to improve efficiency and operational excellence for you, our customer. These new reports give you a true dashboard experience and will also allow us to increase the range of KPIs your can report on, all without adding extra costs.

Important Note: The legacy reports have been discontinued since December 29th, 2023.

Exploring your data

If you need deeper insights and the ability to filter and export your data, rest assured, you can still access each report as you always have.

Just click on any report name to open in a new browser tab to explore the data in more detail.

CSV Export Improvements

We've also listened to your feedback about data exports. We've removed the URL metadata (<a href=“app.fieldaware.com/xxxxxx”>) from CSV exports, making your data more readable and user-friendly in Excel and other applications.

What do I need to do?

You don't have to lift a finger – the new visualizations have been automatically enabled in your account.

Do the previous Roles & Rights permissions work with the Interactive Reports?

Yes, the permissions that you have set on this page also apply to the new reports:

What does it cost?

There is no cost for the new reports. In fact, this new solution will allow us to continue to extend the number and quality of the reports without adding extra cost to our customers.
