Settings for Enterprise businesses have been updated to include a new Branch Profile page and a new look and feel for the Organization Settings area.
Branch Profile page
Settings for Enterprise businesses have been updated to allow branch admins to configure certain Branch settings at the Branch level. You can access the Branch Profile page by clicking the lower link in the Settings Menu. In this example, it's Los Victorinos:

Organization Settings
The Organization Settings area has a new look and feel to distinguish it from the rest of the application. This is to remind you that changes you make here may affect the entire organization. The color scheme is blue instead of the standard green.
The Branch Selector is not visible in the Organization Settings area. This is because data in this area of the web app is not governed by Branch Access permissions.

The Organization Settings area contains a new tab, Users, which lists all of the users in the organization. Again, this list is not governed by the Branch Selector or by branch access permissions. The assumption is that only suitably authorized users should be given access to this area of the application.

Branch Color Palette
The palette for branch colors now features stronger colors that make it easier to distinguish branches from each other at a glance. A color is applied automatically when a new branch is created.
