To get the best results from FieldAware’s scheduling capabilities, we advise taking some time to set up your data correctly. The parts of the system concerned with data setup are the Company Settings, the Scheduler Settings, and the User and Location sections.

Whenever you see a purple box in this documentation, the functionality applies to Smart Scheduler only.

Smart Scheduler is an add-on module that allows optimization of hundreds of jobs in a short period of time, saving time for dispatchers and planners and ensuring technician travel time is minimized.
