Smart Scheduler only. Not considered under manual scheduling rules.
It's rare that customer locations are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Perhaps technicians can only call during normal operating hours, or in certain cases they can only gain access when the facility is closed to the public. The Location Access Hours feature allows you to capture this information so the the Smart Scheduler only schedules jobs within those times.
If you do not set the access hours for a location, the system assumes that it is accessible 24-7. Remember that the access hours reflect the times your technicians can gain access, not necessarily the business hours of the location.
To set the access hours, navigate to the Location record in the webapp. This feature is not yet available on the API.
