Overview
The purpose of this document is to notate how to find/send SyncAware logs.
Prerequisites:
Quickbooks is open/logged in
SyncAware is open – doesn’t need to be running
Step 1) Navigate to the SyncAware app
Step 2) Right click SyncAware app
Step 3) Click ‘Log Files’
Step 4) Click the ‘Log’ folder
Step 5) Send email to intended recipients
There are multiple ways to attach a file to an email – attach the file to your email in your preferred method (e.g: Drag and drop the file to the email, drag and drop file to desktop and attach the file from the desktop, etc.)
