🚀 What’s Launching?

We’re excited to announce the release of Mandatory Fields, a powerful enhancement designed to give you more control over data capture and ensure workflows meet regulatory, service, and business needs across both web and mobile.

Note: For mobile users, updates to the FieldAware app will launch in phases over a period of time following Apple and Google Play Store guidelines. You may not have access to Mandatory Fields immediately upon its release. Please be patient and keep an eye out for when your app is ready for an update.

You can now configure core and custom fields as mandatory on both Jobs and Quotes, allowing your teams to enforce structured data capture at key points in the job lifecycle.

Note: Access to configure mandatory fields is restricted to authorized roles (e.g., Admin, Manager). Only those with permission can create, update, or remove mandatory field settings.
