🚀 What's Launching?
Org Admins and Administrators can now customise the emails FieldAware sends to customers for Jobs, Quotes, Invoices, and Attachments, giving you full control over how your business communicates.
Access it via: Company Settings → Email Templates
Each of the four email types (Job, Quote, Invoice, and Attachments) has its own independent template. For each, you can now configure:
From Name — set a recognisable sender name in your customer's inbox (e.g.
Acme Service Team)Reply-To Address — route replies to the right inbox per email type, with an option to include the Job Lead or Invoice Creator
Subject Line — write a custom subject with dynamic variables that personalise at send time (e.g., job number, customer name, invoice total)
Email Body — use a rich-text editor to format content, add hyperlinks, and insert dynamic variables
Email Footer — automatically populated with your company logo and details from Company Settings; no manual setup required

Tailor tone and content per email type — invoices can sound different from job updates

System default templates remain as a fallback, so customers always receive a professional email even if a template hasn't been customised

This release is the first step in giving you full control of your customer communications. Here's what we're exploring for future iterations:
Custom domain sending — send from your own domain (e.g.
noreply@yourcompany.com) rather thannoreply@fieldaware.comRicher visual editing — a full drag-and-drop email builder similar to tools like Mailchimp
Email analytics — open rates, engagement tracking, and spam/block rate reporting
