We're excited to introduce a powerful new way to visualize and manage your long-running jobs and crew-based work directly in the New Scheduler — the Timeline View.
🚀 What's Launching?
The Timeline View is a collapsible panel at the bottom of the New Scheduler that gives you a complete, long-range picture of your jobs from start to finish. Whether you're managing a multi-week installation, coordinating a crew across several phases of work, or simply trying to see how a complex job is staffed over time, the Timeline View was built with you in mind.
Here's what you can do with it:
Add any job to the Timeline by selecting "Show in Timeline" from the Job Card, right-clicking a job block in the Scheduler, or launching it directly from the Job Page — which opens the Scheduler in a new tab with your selected job already loaded
See the full span of a job in a single view, with assigned technician avatars displayed on each slot and "Unassigned" indicators clearly marking any gaps in coverage
Load multiple jobs at once — there's no limit on the number of jobs you can view simultaneously, making it easy to plan and compare work across your schedule
Adjust your time resolution with a zoom slider to focus on a single day or pull back to see weeks or months at a glance
Assign or reassign technicians directly from the Timeline using right-click actions, with all changes reflected instantly in both the Timeline and the main Scheduler view
Navigate to any date in your job's timeline, even if it falls outside your current Scheduler view, using the right-click context menu
Remove jobs from the Timeline at any time using the × control on a job row, or clear everything at once — your underlying job data is never affected
