Self Assign Tasks

For organizations with True Crew enabled, technicians can now self-assign tasks associated with a job while they are out in the field or working on-site. This feature will empower your field workforce and drive efficiencies across your team fostering a culture of accountability and responsibility.

Crew members can now assign themselves to Job Tasks without the intervention of the Job Lead or the back office. This feature is enforced as a User Role & Right and can be enabled or disabled via your company settings under the Roles & Rights tab.

Note: This feature will be available to all organizations that have True Crew enabled.

Company Settings > Roles & Rights > Jobs Settings Area > scroll down to Self-Assign Task
