Download and Sign in - iOS App

The FieldAware mobile application can be downloaded from the iOS App store . When searching for the application, enter FieldAware or FieldAware Mobile, and select Search. It will most likely pop into the search field. Click the cloud download button. Once the download is complete. Click the OPEN button or tap on the newly installed FieldAware app icon on your device..

There is no charge to download the mobile application. You must be a registered in FieldAware with your email address and password to successfully log into the FieldAware mobile application. The mobile application only allows the user to see the jobs/quotes assigned to them, and cannot see the other technician’s jobs.

Select the FieldAware Mobile icon from the device. When the application launches, enter the credentials for the user. The web and mobile device will have the same email and password associated to the user. FieldAware leverages a modern Single Sign On (SSO) authentication service allowing users to log in with their corporate or work email addresses.

After logging in, the device should be synced. Once the device has been synced, a unique token is associated with the device and the user will remain logged in. There are not time limit restrictions that will automatically log the user out. If a new user wants to log into the same device, you can simply log out of the app via the settings menu.

Notifications are sent directly to the user’s device when jobs are assigned, reassigned or removed from the user. The FieldAware mobile application will alert the user if any of these changes are made. Selecting the notification will open the mobile application. The user must sync immediately in order for the device to reflect the current information.
