What's new in this release?
With this release iPhone and iPad users can now edit Assets directly within the Job or Quote. This has always been possible in the Android app so this release brings iOS app up to parity.
For technicians, this change improves their day-to-day workflow if they use the FieldAware iOS app.
For managers and supervisors, this change simplifies training and onboarding by providing a consistent business process on both apps.

What can I edit?
You can edit all standard fields such as Asset Make, Model and Manufacturer, as well as custom fields and Customer and Location details.
How do I enable this change?
This change is automatically available in FieldAware iOS app version 1.39.8.
Managers will need to ensure the 'Update Assets' permission is enabled for technicians in the Roles & Rights table. Go to Assets > Update Assets > ON
