What's new in this release?
We're pleased to announce the release of a new feature that streamlines job management for Office Admins and Dispatchers. This enhancement brings several key improvements, which are outlined below.
By default, the Admin and Manager role types have this user right enabled, these roles can create manage Job Templates. You must have the correct user rights enabled to access the Job Templates List.
New Functionality: Ability to create custom Job Templates with predefined core job fields as well as additional fields and task groups for standardized workflows
New Feature: A Job Template List View that allows Office Admins or Managers to manage, create, edit, or archive job templates for their organization
Enhanced User Experience:
Dispatchers can select a job template from a list during job creation, pre-populating the new job with template-defined fields and metadata
Office Admins can assign roles and rights for managing Job Templates, ensuring permissions are restricted based on role type

Key Features
Customizable Job Templates: Office Admins can define unique job templates by setting parameters such as job type, scheduling priority, estimated duration, job description, custom job fields, and task groups.
Job Template Selection for Job Creation: Dispatchers can select a job template from a list during job creation. This allows the new job to be pre-populated with the template's defined fields and metadata, making it easier to schedule and dispatch.
Roles and Rights
Office Admins can assign roles and rights for managing Job Templates, ensuring permissions are restricted based on role type (e.g., creating, editing, viewing, archiving). By default, the Admin Manager role types have all five rights enabled for the Job Templates feature.
Enterprise Model
Job Templates now integrate with the Enterprise Model, enabling templates to be implemented at an organizational level and are inherited by all branches within your business.
