What's new in this release?
The latest update to Smart Scheduler introduces improved accuracy for distance calculations*. Travel time calculations are now displayed in your results, and you can set a custom Travel Time Buffer to account for real-world conditions like traffic congestion, stop lights, and road conditions.
We've enhanced the scheduling interface to show active Scheduling Policies before optimization begins, allowing you to address any violations proactively. The map visualization has been improved with technician initials now displayed on map pins, making it easier to identify work clusters at a glance. Additionally, the Jobs List on the map now groups assignments by date and technician, providing a comprehensive overview of the schedule and detailed views of individual technician workloads.
*Applies to North America and Australia only at this time. A complete global application will follow in the coming months.
