šŸš€ What’s Launching?

This release introduces map-based scheduling tools that help you visually connect technicians, routes, and unassigned jobs.

With the new scheduling tools, you can now:

  • See unassigned jobs and technicians on the map at the same time

  • Identify technicians who are already working or travelling near a job

  • Spot additional unassigned jobs near a technician’s travel route

  • Assign jobs directly from the Unassigned Jobs list to a technician’s schedule

Access

These tools are available exclusively in the new Scheduler (Scheduler Beta) and are designed to support faster decision-making when scheduling reactive or last-minute work.

šŸŽ‰ Benefits

  • Make faster scheduling decisions: Quickly visualize which technicians are already working nearby so you can assign urgent jobs without digging through multiple screens.

  • Reduce unnecessary travel: By viewing technicians’ routes and nearby jobs on the map, you can assign work that naturally fits into their existing travel.

  • Bundle work more efficiently: If a technician is travelling to a distant location, you can easily identify additional nearby jobs to maximize that trip.

  • Work from a single connected view: The schedule, map, and unassigned job list now work together in one interface, so you don’t need to switch between different tools while scheduling.
