This release introduces map-based scheduling tools that help you visually connect technicians, routes, and unassigned jobs.
With the new scheduling tools, you can now:
See unassigned jobs and technicians on the map at the same time
Identify technicians who are already working or travelling near a job
Spot additional unassigned jobs near a technicianās travel route
Assign jobs directly from the Unassigned Jobs list to a technicianās schedule
Access
These tools are available exclusively in the new Scheduler (Scheduler Beta) and are designed to support faster decision-making when scheduling reactive or last-minute work.
