Release Notes - Advanced Filtering in the Scheduler & Jobs List

We've introduced Advanced Filtering across the Scheduler and Jobs List, giving you significantly more flexibility and control over the job views that drive your day-to-day operations.

You can now build smarter, cleaner views using exclusion logic, multi-value selections, and starred favourites — so your team spends less time digging through lists and more time getting work done.

✦ Filter jobs out, not just in — use exclusion logic to remove irrelevant jobs from your view, such as hiding completed, invoiced, or location-specific jobs you don't need to see right now

✦ Select multiple values at once — no more creating separate views for every variation; combine multiple criteria within a single filter (e.g., Priority L1 and L2 in one view)

✦ Catch incomplete records easily — the new "Has no value" operator helps you quickly identify jobs where a field hasn't been filled in, so nothing slips through the gaps

✦ Star your most-used views — favourite the filter views you rely on most; they'll always appear at the top of your list and stay protected from accidental deletion

✦ Tidy up cluttered view lists — hide views you don't need day-to-day without deleting them, keeping your workspace clean and focused

✦ Your existing views are safe — everything you've already set up carries over automatically; nothing changes unless you choose to update it
